House Key King County
 
New! House Key King County is a second mortgage program for qualified borrowers living in King County.  Allows up to $30,000 in down payment assistance at 4% simple interest.
House Key Plus
 

House Key Plus is a second mortgage program for qualified borrowers.  Funds up to $10,000 in all counties.

HomeChoice
 

HomeChoice is a second mortgage program for qualified borrowers who have a disability or a family member with a disability living with them.  Funds up to $15,000.  One-on-one counseling is required.

House Key Plus Seattle
 

House Key Plus Seattle is a second mortgage program for people living within the city limits of Seattle. Funds up to $60,000.

House Key Schools
 

House Key Schools is a second mortgage program for teachers and employees of community or technical colleges and K-12 public or private schools.  Funds up to $10,000.

House Key Plus Arch East King County
 

House Key Plus Arch East King County is a second mortgage program for qualified borrowers buying a home or condominium within an ARCH member city or surrounding unincorporated east King County ARCH area.

House Key Veterans
 

House Key Veterans is a second mortgage program for Veterans who have served our country.  Funds up to $10,000.

House Key Rural

House Key Rural is a second mortgage program for qualified borrowers buying in a rural participating county of Washington.  Funds up to $10,000 or 6%, whichever is greater.

 

 

 Pierce County Down Payment Assistance Program:

The program provides a loan up to 6% of the sales price for down payment or loan closing costs on a home valued at $362,790 or less. The 30-year deferred loan has a one percent (1%) interest rate, and is placed as a 2nd subordinate lien on the property. No monthly payments are required, but the loan is due and payable with accrued interst, if the homeowner sells the home or does not occupy the home as their principal residence.

City of Tacoma Down Payment Assistance Program:

 Funds are available to provide loans up to 6% of the selling price of the home to assist with the down payment and closing costs needed to buy a home. These funds are available for purchasing homes in most of Tacoma south of 6th Avenue (check map for qualifying areas). The loans are for up to 20 years, with no interest and no monthly payments required during that time. The loan is due and payable if the home is sold during the loan term or no longer occupied by the owner. If you can afford a house payment but just need help with the down payment and closing costs and you meet the income guidelines listed below, try DPA.
